2. Prophet - Spiritual Advisor
3. Teacher - Logical Thinker/Implementer
4. Evangelist - Persuasive Communicator
5. Pastor - Human Resource Counselor
The Gifts and ministry of the Holy Spirit work in manifold ways and is not limited to one approach. The Bible talks about the seven spirits yet refer to the same Spirit manifesting His completeness in different ways.
Some are open to revelation but not learning or teaching. The humble are open to learning, education, and revelation.
THE FIVE FOLD MINISTRY
Apostle - Long-Sight
Prophet - Foresight
Evangelist - Hindsight
Teacher - Insight
Pastor - Oversight
VISION means to SEE. All those in the fivefold ministry must have a vision or see something in the area of their ministries. Spiritual sight is the ability to see by revelation what needs to be done when and how. We all need the vision to do His work effectively.

Apostle - Mission
Prophet - Vision
Evangelist - Commission
Pastor - Compassion
Teacher - Passion
We need a sense of Mission and Commission. We need a sense of vision and passion with Compassion to do effectively the task before us.

There are spiritual biblical authoritative Apostles and, Prophets and, Teachers after the death of the Biblical ones in God's word. ( Not just Pastors, Bishops, Founders ) The Biblical ones continue to serve foundationally through their inspired teachings in God's word, the bible. Just as Christ continues to be The Cornerstone and Head of the Church, through His spiritually bodily presence in Holy Spirit, His Apostles and Prophets and, Teachers continue to be Christ’s authoritative order. Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers who are true to Christ have no message but that which has been once for all delivered to the saints in God's holy word. God has given all of these to the Church to assure that His purposes for her shall come to pass. However, completion and perfection must await the return of Christ. Those who are claiming new revelations in their flesh, the new power in their flesh, the new authority in their flesh, and are claiming one person leadership such as Pastors only, Bishops only, Founders, over God's sons and His daughters are false without the other ministry Church God-ordained gifts. They are leading souls farther from the Unity of the faith, not closer to it in the One, our Lord and, blessed Savior, Jesus Christ.
