A prayer To The GOD of LOVE!

Dear Lord so many of Your dear loving children have been hurt very deeply by someone who they thought truly loved You and them, and wanted to spend their lives together in loving spiritual fellowship,  But who has caused Your Kingdom children deep pain and left many emotions in Your Church. Lord at times I have felt that my heart would break and have been finding it very difficult to come to terms with the fact that love has failed in today's Churches and its leaders.

Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, restore the brokenness I pray and send Your comfort and strength into Your Believers souls, as they try to pick up the pieces of their brokenness and begin to face the future once again this coming New year. Lord they know that they cannot do this in there own strength, but only as You carry them in Your loving arms and pour Your healing and comfort into their broken souls. Help them to leave this disappointing time of sadness behind and look to a future with fresh hope and expectation, knowing that in You is the fullness of joy and from You alone comes the only true love that can fully satisfy the hearts that is hungry for love.

I pray that Your children may allow the healing process of Your love to begin to mend their brokenness, so that in Your time and in Your way You would bring the person or persons of Your choice into to their lives , for You are the Lord of Love and have given us the capacity to love others and to be loved by them. Help us to pray, Thy will be done in this area of our lives and teach us how to love You first and them one another, as we ought,  and give us all the capacity to love others in the household of faith saints,  in the same way that You have loved us, in Jesus Name I pray, and all who would agree say or type,

Amen.
